We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to apply for a spot at the Outlaw Village during the 2025 Outlaw Music Festival 10th Anniversary Tour. The Outlaw Village enhances the festival experience by providing a diverse array of vendors that create a vibrant sense of community and camaraderie among attendees.

The Outlaw Village

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Outlaw Village is located in high-traffic areas inside venue gates for continuous and easy access throughout the show. Outlaw Village locations vary per venue and include:

• 10×10 or 10×20 footprint
• (1) Parking space in vendor parking area
• 20-amp electrical service
• Working passes (based on footprint)
• Inclusion on Outlaw Music Festival Website
• Inclusion on Outlaw Music Festival Socials

The Outlaw Village

WHO CAN VEND AT THE FESTIVAL?

At the festival, we welcome all kinds of vendors, whether you’re looking to sell products, offer giveaways, promote your services, or simply share information. However, please note that there are some restrictions on what can be sold, promoted or distributed , primarily due to the venue’s policies.

Items that can not be sold, promoted or distributed include food, edibles, beverages, drugs, or drug related paraphernalia (legal or illegal), glass items, stickers, paper lanterns, explosives, firearms, weapons, explicit materials, political materials, items bearing the name/likeness of the Outlaw Music Festival, artists performing at the festival, or merchandise deemed as non-compliant with vending rules.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A SPACE

SELECT DATES & LOCATIONS

Navigate to the “Book Space Now” page to select your desired dates, locations, and setup size for your reservation. Limited spaces are available, so not all sizes may be available. After making your selections and adding them to your cart, continue to the checkout process to fill in your details (You will be required to create an account prior to checking out). This serves as your application to secure space at the 2025 Outlaw Music Festival Tour. Please note we do not collect any credit card information until your application is approved.

APPROVAL PROCESS

The Outlaw Music Festival team will review your application once it is received. If approved, we will provide you with a link to complete the payment. You can track your order status here. After approval, you may need to provide further information, including insurance, permits, and tax documentation. If this information is not received within the required timeframe before the first approved event, your space may be canceled without a refund.

AVAILABILITY

Spaces are limited! Please be aware that space availability is not guaranteed until closer to the event date. This is due to potential space limitations imposed by some venues for their season. Information about availability often becomes available only as the event date approaches, so it is essential to secure your space now!

All events are a same-day load-in & load-out. Schedules and locations vary per event. Approved vendors will receive details and updates as they become available.
