What items are allowed and prohibited to sell?
The festival reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of the following items including but not limited to FOOD, EDIBLES, BEVERAGES, DRUGS, CBD, OR DRUG-RELATED PARAPHERNALIA (LEGAL OR ILLEGAL), GLASS ITEMS, STICKERS, PAPER LANTERNS, EXPLOSIVES, FIREARMS, WEAPONS, EXPLICIT MATERIALS, POLITICAL MATERIALS, ITEMS BEARING THE NAME/LIKENESS OF THE OUTLAW MUSIC FESTIVAL ARTISTS PERFORMING AT THE FESTIVAL, OR MERCHANDISE DEEMED AS NON-COMPLIANT WITH VENDING RULES. If you are interested in food/beverage vending at Outlaw Music Festival shows, please contact the venue concessions directly (We do not have their contact information).
What Is included with the vending fee?

What is NOT included?
Vendors must supply their tent, including weights (stakes are prohibited), POS System, Wi-Fi, lights (halogen lights not permitted), extension cords. They are also responsible for their own labor costs, materials, merchandise, equipment, supplies, food, drinks, and any other items needed to participate in the event.
Are there any additional requirements or fees to vend?
Vendors shall be required to provide proof of insurance (click here for details). Additional paperwork and permits may be required by the individual venues. Vendors are responsible for any and all taxes, fees or permits associated with its activities at the event, including the payment of sales tax if applicable.
When is payment required?
Once approved, you will be notified via an email with a link to submit payment. Fees are non-refundable. All payments are required in full at the time of billing. Any space not paid in full by the due date will be released.
How long will it take to be approved?
Our team will work diligently to review each application, but please expect one to two weeks.
Once approved, will I be guaranteed a space at all of my requested locations?
Unfortunately no. This is due to potential space limitations some venues impose for their season. Information about availability often becomes available only as the event date approaches, so it is essential to secure your space now!

How do I get to each location?
All vendors are responsible for transportation to and from the venue. Specific load in/out and parking locations will be provided to approved vendors the week of the show.
Where do I park?
Parking locations vary per venue and will be provided to approved vendors the week of show.
Where will my vending location be at each venue?
Village locations for each show vary per venue and will be provided day of show. All locations are inside the venue gates and accessible to patrons throughout the event from doors open until the end of the event. Vending location will be assigned by the venue and Outlaw Music Festival staff. Note there will be NO extra space for back-of-house or additional tents behind a vendor’s space.
Can we drive to the vending location?
In some venues driving to the vending location to load in/out will be permitted. In other venues, setups will have to be carried in/out. All load in/out will take place prior to doors and after patrons have exited the venue. No vehicles will be permitted on site once doors are open.
What time is set up/breakdown?
All events are a same-day load-in with check-in beginning early morning on the day of the event. Tear down and load out takes place immediately after the show ends and patrons have cleared the venue. Schedules vary per event; approved vendors will be provided with updates the week of the show.
What time do doors open?
Approved vendors will be provided a full schedule of the show the week prior to the event.
Do I have to stay set up the entire show?
You are not required to stay set up for the entire show, however there is no pro-rating for ending your vending setup early and load out may not be permitted until after the event ends.
Will WiFi be available?
Wi-fi and POS Systems are not provided, it is recommended that vendors supply their own hotspot and POS System.
Can we accept cash?
Yes. Most venues accept credit card only for patrons but you are free to accept cash.
Will I receive a tour credential/pass?
Working passes will be provided to approved vendors. Note these passes do not include a seat to view the show or access to backstage, VIP, etc.. Additional working passes above an approved vendor’s assigned allotment will not be provided. Guests are not permitted, all passes for approved vendors must be assigned to those working at your tent location. Photography, video, audio recording of the show is not permitted. Posting content that includes artist names, likeness, etc is not permitted.
What if it rains?
Outlaw Music Festival takes place rain or shine. Please see our Terms & Conditions for weather related cancellation.
