Vendors shall procure and maintain at all times during the avent, all customary and prudent insurance coverage naming:
Blackbird Productions Partners LLC, 18 Hook Mountain Rd. Suite 202, Pine Brook, NJ 07058
as additional insured on a primary basis for acts arising out of its negligence, including (i) Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, for any bodily injury and/or property damage claims, personal and advertising injury or products and completed operations liability and (ii) Automobile Liability Insurance subject to a limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), combined and covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles if a commercial vehicle will be driven onto the Venue.
Vendor shall also maintain Workers’ Compensation Insurance, including Employer’s Liability coverage, as required by law.
